I just got email from Sogotrade Account Supervisor, that Sogotrade does actually offer OTCBB shares. They were introduced a few months ago with a similar $3 commission for stocks traded below $1.00, the online commission is ½% of the principal value subject to a $3.00 minimum.
I checked it and it worked but can't trade Pinksheet yet, still what a great improvement.
