Cheapest Online Broker? Sogotrade

Yes, it is only $3 per trade, limit or market order, period. I remember they used to have $1 per trade with $10 monthly charge but not anymore.

I just got email from Sogotrade, that Sogotrade does actually offer OTCBB shares. They were introduced a few months ago with a similar $3 commission for stocks traded below $1.00, the online commission is ½% of the principal value subject to a $3.00 minimum.(5/29/09)

I checked it and it worked but not Pinksheet yet, still what a great improvement.
